The Marmot Village
Fun among the Meadows!
Welcome to the Marmot Village, a true piece of paradise located at an altitude of 2,244 m in the beautiful Valbiolo Location, surrounded by the flower-filled meadows of Passo Tonale. Here, amidst the adventures of these cute rodents, your children will have an unforgettable experience!
It is not just a playground, but a real adventure trail with 7 stations designed to entertain and stimulate the imagination. Little explorers will be able to slide, play in wooden playhouses, venture into a tunnel reminiscent of groundhog burrows, and have fun with a water mill that can be operated by hand through an auger. Every corner of the village is an opportunity to discover and play!
Reaching Marmot Village is quick and easy. You can take the Valbiolo chairlift and enjoy the spectacular view in a few minutes, or opt for a leisurely walk on a dirt road for about an hour. In both cases, the departure is from Tonale Pass.
And don’t forget to make a stop at the Malga Valbiolo Refuge, located just a short walk from the park! Here you’ll find a cozy food court with a bar and restaurant, and a breathtaking terrace offering extraordinary views of the Presena Glacier and surrounding peaks. A perfect place to recharge your energy after a day of adventures!
